Annotation: Мета й наукова новизна статті полягає у з'ясуванні, що на сучасному етапі розвитку освіти в Україні склалися дві освітні парадигми - освіта off-line як система й освіта on-line як мережа, та визначенні їхніх переваг і недоліків. У дослідженні застосовані такі методики: сучасні інноваційні техніки та методики, які використовуються у цих освітніх парадигмах: структурування тексту у вигляді таблиць, TASC-аналіз, Fishbone, стратегія “Insert”, Cinquain, Coaching, SWOT-аналіз, змішане навчання, гейміфікація, інкапсуляція, графікація, фрагментація мереж, LMS-менеджмент, тренінг-системи, треки, хмарні технології. Результати: обґрунтовано, що поняття і процеси, які розглядаються в медичній етиці та деонтології (егогенія, егротогенія, ятрогенія), подібні до освітніх, які відбуваються в системах “учитель (викладач) - учитель (викладач)”, “учитель (викладач) - учень (студент)" і “учень (студент) - учень (студент))’’. Практична значимість: доведено, що власне освіта як система зумовила появу нової вітчизняної парадигми освіти, котра формується на межі off-line-освіти як системи й оn-Ііnе- освіти як мережі.
The aim and scientific novelty lies in analyzing two educational paradigms that have been established at the current stage of the development of Ukrainian education, namely, off-line education as a system and on-line education as a network; outlining their advantages and advantages. Methods: modern innovative techniques and meth ods which are used in these educational paradigms: table structuring of the text, TASC-analysis, Fishbone, INSERT strategy, Cinquain, Coaching, SWOT-analysis, blended learning, gamification, encapsulation, graphication, network fragmentation, LMS-management, training systems, tracks, cloud-based technologies. Results: it has been concluded that concepts and processes of medical ethics and deontology (ego- genesis, aegrotogenesis, iatrogenesis) are proved to be similar to educational ones which are characteristic of the systems: “Teacher (Educator) — Teacher (Educator)”, “Teacher (Educator) — Pupil (Student)” and “Pupil (Student) — Pupil (Student)”. Practical significance: it has been grounded that education as a system predetermined the emergence of a new national paradigm of education which is formed at the juncture of off-line education as a system and on-line education as a network
