Annotation: У статті розглянено питання доцільності лекцій як виду навчальних занять за результатами анкетування студентів, а також недоліки і переваги традиційного й інтерактивного форматів проведення лекцій. На основі опитування студентів з’ясовували їх потребу у лекціях та порівнювали традиційні й інтерактивні лекції за такими ознаками, як: корисність, подолання монотонності, утримання уваги та інтересу, позитивна роль у навчанні і мотивації до самонавчання. Дослідження проведено шляхом анкетування 75 студентів 1 курсу 3 медичного факультету ЗДМУ спеціальності «Фізична терапія, ерготерапія» віком від 17 до 20 років. Питання анкети сформульовані авторами статті за допомогою дослідженої науково-методичної літератури, в якій вивчаються проблеми організації лекцій у закладах вищої освіти. За результатами анкетування студентів, лекцій потребують 77,4 % опитаних, перш за все, для отримання професійних знань і підготовки до практичних занять. Сучасні форми лекції – традиційна та інтерактивна – викликають майже однаковий інтерес близько 50 % студентів-першокурсників. Інтерактивна лекція оцінена студентами суттєво вище традиційної за показниками утримання уваги (64,5 % і 33,9 % відповідно) та позбавлення монотонності (78,5 % проти 19,4 %). Меншою мірою обидва формати лекцій відрізнялися для студентів за критеріями покращення навчання і самонавчання. При проведенні інтерактивної лекції у студентів першого курсу існують певні проблеми взаємодії з лектором – тільки 40,3 % позитивно оцінили можливість звернення викладача до них під час заняття і лише 29 % вільно звертаються самі при виникненні питань, що ми пов’язуємо з незавершеністю адаптаційного процесу до навчан­ня в університеті і в новому колективі. Результати дослідження показали, що лекція залишається видом навчальних занять, якого потребують студенти, а ефективність її проведення може бути підвищена шляхом застосування інтерактивного формату
The article considers the expediency of lectures as a type of training based on the results of student surveys, as well as the disadvantages and advantages of traditional and interactive lectures formats. Based on a survey of students to determine their need for lectures and compare traditional and interactive lectures on the basis of: usefulness, overcoming monotony, maintaining attention and interest, a positive role in learning and motivation for self-study. The study was conducted by questioning 75 medical faculty first-year students majoring in “Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy” aged 17 to 20 years. The questions of the questionnaire were formulated by the authors of the article with the help of the researched scientific and methodical literature, which studies the problems of organizing lectures in higher educational institutions. According to the results of student surveys, 77.4 % of respondents need lectures, primarily to gain professional knowledge and prepare for practical classes. Modern forms of lecture – traditional and interactive – are of almost equal interest to about 50 % of freshmen. The interactive lecture was rated by students significantly higher than the traditional one in terms of retention of attention (64.5 % and 33.9 %, respectively) and deprivation of monotony (78.5 % vs. 19.4 %). To a lesser extent, both lecture formats differed for students in terms of improved learning and self-study. When conducting an interactive lecture, first-year students have certain problems of interaction with the lecturer – only 40.3 % positively assessed the possibility of the teacher to address them during the lesson and only 29 % are free to contact themselves when questions arise, which we associate with incomplete adaptation process to study at the university and in the new team. The results of the study showed that the lecture remains a type of study that students need, and their effectiveness can be increased by using an interactive format

Annotation: Особливістю розвитку сучасного суспільства є неймовірна динаміка, яка не була властива десятиліттям недалекого минулого. Військові події, боротьба за утвердження демократичних цінностей, пандемія, полікультурне середовище, властиве для сучасної вищої освіти, не могли не вплинути на життєдіяльність різних вікових груп. Особливу зацікавленість викликає молодь, яка навчається в медичних університетах. Це обумовлено важливістю якісного підвищення рівня медичних послуг, зростанням значущості особистісного чинника, необхідністю моніторингу змін у системі ціннісних орієнтацій. Упродовж останніх років опубліковані численні дослідження відповідного спрямування. Водночас латентний характер проблеми, невизначеність дефініцій головних термінів, недостатнє врахування особливостей окремих спеціальностей, неврахування особливостей світу дівчат і хлопців викликають занепокоєння, не дозволяють підвищити якість управління навчально-виховним процесом, оцінити ефективність заходів. Це стосується як матеріальних, так і духовних цінностей. У процесі розвитку відбувається їх взаємодія, адже духовність, моральність визначають і ціннісні орієнтації та ієрархію матеріальних потреб
The incredible dynamics that were not typical of recent decades nowadays are the peculiarity of the development of modern society. Military events, the struggle for democratic values, the pandemic, multicultural environment inherent in modern higher education affected the lives of different age groups. We are especially interested in young people studying at medical universities. This is due to the importance of improving the level of medical services, the growing significance of the personal factor, the need to monitor changes in the system of value orientations. Many studies within this area have been published in recent years. At the same time, the latent nature of the problem, the uncertainty of key term definitions, insufficient consideration of the peculiarities of some specialties, disregard for the features of girls’ and boys’world outlook are the causes of our concern, since all these circumstances do not let to improve the quality of the educational process managementand evaluate the effectiveness of measures. This applies to both material and spiritual values. Their interaction takes place in the process of personal development as spirituality and morality determine both value orientations and material needs hierarchy

Детально розглядаються 4 етапи практичного заняття, основна мета яких: засвоєння лексичних одиниць на позначення жіночих статевих органів, гінекологічних захворювань та особливостей діяльності акушера-гінеколога; удосконалення уміння будувати монологічні та діалогічні висловлювання, що містять опис особливостей причин відвідування гінеколога, симптомів і хвороб жіночої статевої системи, застосовуючи вивчені лексичні одиниці та фрази; розвиток навичок збору анамнезу захворювання; удосконалення граматичних умінь вживання прикметників й узгодження їх з іменниками. Усі завдання теми розроблені для формування у студентів комунікативної компетенції при вивченні предмета, відповідають основним вимогам до таких матеріалів, призначені для розвитку і вдосконалення основних видів мовленнєвої діяльності: говоріння, слухання, читання та письма
The article presents a methodical instruction of a lesson on the elective discipline “Professional medical communication in Ukrainian of a doctor with a patient” for teachers of the faculty of foreign students of medical institutions of higher education. Four stages of practical training are considered in detail, the main purpose of which is: mastering lexical units to denote female genitals, gynecological diseases and features of obstetrics and gynecology; improving the ability to build monologue and dialogic expressions that contain a description of the characteristics of the reasons for visiting a gynecologist, symptoms and diseases of the female reproductive system, using the studied lexical units and phrases; development of skills in collecting medical history; improving grammatical skills in using adjectives and matching them with nouns. All tasks of the topic are designed to form students’ communicative competence in the study of the subject, meet the basic requirements for such materials, designed to develop and improve the main types of speech activity: speaking, listening, reading and writing

Annotation: У статті відзначено про необхідність оволодіння українською мовою на фаховому рівні інакомовними студентами медичних закладів вищої освіти як одного з основних видів мовленнєвої діяльності в майбутній професії. Тут запропоновано навчально-методичні матеріали до теми «Професійне спілкування лікаря з пацієнтом у кардіологічному відділенні» для вивчення англомовними здобувачами вищої медичної освіти, апробовані на практичних заняттях у межах курсу «Професійна медична комунікація українською мовою лікаря з пацієнтом» у Тернопільському національному медичному університеті імені І. Я. Горбачевського МОЗ України. Визначено зміст та окреслено види робіт, що дозволяють одночасно з опануванням лексико-граматичного матеріалу реалізовувати найнеобхідніші комунікативні потреби для фахового спілкування лікаря-кардіолога з пацієнтом. У праці запропоновано види завдань для засвоєння теми іноземцями: опрацювання словника-мінімуму, читання тексту й вивчення нових слів і синтаксичних конструкцій у його контексті тощо. Ми рекомендуємо ряд післятекстових завдань, призначених для формування та розвитку мовної й мовленнєвої компетентностей інакомовців, зокрема: 1. Відповідайте на запитання до тексту. 2. Прочитайте речення. Напишіть, правильно чи неправильно. До неправильних речень доберіть із тексту точний варіант. 3. Продовжте речення. 4. Визначте хворобу за ключовими словами тощо. Далі пропонуємо іноземним студентам сконструювати власну бесіду лікаря-кардіолога з пацієнтом на основі діалогу-зразка
The article deals with the need for the foreign students of medical higher educational establishments to master the professional Ukrainian as one of the main types of speech activity in the future profession. It has been proposed the educational and methodological materials on «Professional communication of a doctor and a patient in the cardiology department» for studying by English-speaking seekers for medical degree, tested in practicals within the course «Professional medical communication of a doctor with a patient in Ukrainian» at I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. The content and types of works are determined; it gives us possibility to distinguish the most necessary communicative needs for professional communication of a cardiologist with a patient as well as mastering lexical and grammatical material. The paper proposes types of tasks for mastering the topic by the foreigners i.e. elaboration of the minimum vocabulary, reading the text, learning new words and syntactic constructions in its context and so on. We recommend a number of post-practice tasks designed for the formation and development of language and speech competencies of non-speakers, in particular: 1. Answer the questions to the text; 2. Read the sentences, decide if they are correct or incorrect. For incorrect sentences, choose the appropriate option from the text; 3. Complete the sentence; 4. Identify the disease by keywords; etc. Next, we propose international students to construct their own conversation between a cardiologist and a patient based on a sample dialogue
