Анотація: Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) is like a superspeciality subject. Therefore, undergraduate students and doctors find it difficult and boring. A lot of students either do not study ENT thoroughly or prepare it half heartedly. The net result is that most of the students cannot answer ENT MCQ’S in the various postgraduate (PG) entrance examinations and undergraduate (UG) examinations. ENT carries significant weightage in various post graduate (PG) entrance examinations and undergraduate (UG) examinations, but students miss out on most of these questions. A lot of thought and research was carried out before compiling this book. Most of the ENT text books available in the market do not help in solving the MCQ type questions. The books that are specially designed for MCQ’s in ENT are NOT written by ENT Specialists and so have a lot of mistakes. The wrong and irrelevant answers and explanations given in these books cause a lot of confusion and apprehension in the minds of students. Moreover, these mistakes and wrong answers are copied by successive authors. The author of this book is well aware of these facts and the fact that most students do not want to spend much time studying ENT. The endeavor of Dr. Agarwal’s ENT is to present ENT in a simplified form stressing mainly on the topics which are more frequently asked in these examinations. In this book, first a very brief and comprehensible text is given, followed by questions from that topic, which have been asked in various entrance examinations with their correct answers and detailed explanations. It should not take more than a couple of days to read and comprehend this book. I think this book is a must for all students aiming to write any PG or UG entrance examinations. All types of suggestions are welcome. If anyone finds any kind of mistake in this book, kindly bring that to my notice. I shall personally write a note of appreciation to that person
